    This is the best gym in the area hands down! Not only do you get a helluva workout but you get to hit and kick things! The staff is amazing - super nice and very motivating. The workout is the most intense I've seen. The facility is nice and clean. They have classes available to work with even the most difficult schedules. You feel like you are not going to make it through the routine, but at the end you feel like you can take on the world! I ended up getting a membership after my first trial class! I look forward to my classes each week - I'm so glad I found this place! More...

  • Best gym ever!



    This is the best gym around. It's not your typical boring gym that you go to for a few weeks then burn out on. This is FUN! This is INTENSE! The staff is MOTIVATING! And everyone is so FRIENDLY! Not only do you get one helluva workout, but you get to hit things! And you learn proper form and techniques so that you don't get hurt.   • Great Stress Relief!



    One of my favorite things about this gym is how the trainers motivate you! They push you to be your best and don't make any negative assumptions. The classes are fast paced and absolutely great when you need to let off some steam. There's tons of parking, super nice trainers, and super nice classmates. I actually WANT to go and end up doing so 3 times every week, hopefully even more in the future. The facilities are always tidy and spotless. There is a small store there with water, protein bars, and anything you might need for class. More...
